Company Benefits Packages and Stand-Alone benefits 

Northwest Managed Benefits, Inc. specialists are both progressive and well-skilled in the planning and management of employee medical benefits.  We understand the importance of the employer/employee relationship and will direct our efforts to ensure we provide a solution beneficial to both and to achieve a balance between quality employee benefits and overall costs to both employer and employee.

Company owners can offer more than one medical plan for their employees to select from ~ Benefits packages are clearly not one size fits all.  Some groups may initially start with voluntary options in dental or consider vision.  Small employers medical plan could be eligible for SHOP tax credits at end of year taxes.  Contact us.  We design benefits packages, coordinate with you, and serve you and your employees.

Self-Employed, Individual, Family 

We understand the importance of providing health insurance benefits that provide for your needs, as well as your budget.  We offer a range of coverage options and price levels through a myriad of carriers.  As brokers, we offer both direct-to-carrier policies as well as policies with advanced premium tax credits through the exchange marketplace YourHealthIdaho.org.   Does Open Enrollment feel like chaos?  Call us ~  We will guide you through the steps involved, help with comparisons, assist with enrollment, and are happy to help. 

If you want to keep your current policy which may be a classic grandfathered/grandmothered policy, don't already have a broker and would like our broker assistance with your current policy, we can support you too!  All of our services are available to you. 

We also offer short-term policies for gaps in coverage, the new Access plans which can be helpful for those not eligible for tax credits, and insurance for your international travel plans.  Whatever your circumstances, we will assist, educate, and support you with your options.  

Medicare 

Whether you prefer Medicare Supplement plus Part D  prescription drug plans or prefer MedAdvantage with prescription+dental +vision+gym embedded or would like to know which is which and where do A, B, C, D, and G fit?   We'll simplify Medicare and then help you compare policy options.  

We do a terrific Medicare 101 for those who are new to Medicare (refreshers too!).  Our goal is service, our options are many and varied.  We focus on education so you feel empowered to make your choices during enrollment, and we help throughout the year whenever you have questions or need assistance.
